LCWC  Rental Rates
(Pricing subject to change based on rental details)

 

Church Sanctuary Rental Rates 

3 Hour Event Time + 1 Hour for Setup, Breakdown and Cleanup 

Members 

$300, plus $100 refundable security deposit $50 for 2 hour rehearsal 
$25 each additional hour

Non - Members 

$575, plus $100 refundable security deposit 
$85 for 2 hour rehearsal
 $25 each additional hour

Church Atrium Rental Rates 

3 Hour Event Time + 1 Hour for Setup, Breakdown and Cleanup

Members 

$100, plus $100 refundable security deposit 

Non - Members 

$275, plus $100 refundable security deposit 

Additional Rental Information 

  • Please Note: A member is defined as a pre - existing member of LCWC. Must be in good standing and make financial contributions 

  • All rentals include 3 LCWC Staff Persons: Key - Holder/Security, Sound - Technical, Janitor 

  • Church can provide greeters, hosts, ushers and additional man power at an additional cost. 

  • There will be a $50 change for each additional hour requested over the event time

  • In order to secure a location renters must provide 50% of the security deposit
